Provides guidance on quality management systems, including processes for performance improvement, and satisfaction of customers and other interested parties. It is based on the same quality management principles, and is complementary to, AS/NZS ISO 9001(Int):2000, and include guidance on the application of quality management and those processes that quality management systems should encompass. This Interim Standard is identical with ISO/DIS 9004:2000.
