Defines a procedure to determine Vitamin E in foodstuffs by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Determination is carried out by measuring Alpha- Beta- Gamma- and Delta- tocopherol. Providing appropriate factors are given in the introduction, Vitamin E activity can be calculated from the tocopherol.
