It also applies to all specifiedlimits in this standard; for purposes of determiningconformance with this standard, an observed value ora calculated value shall be rounded off "to the nearest unit"in the last right-hand digit used in expressing thespecification limit, in accordance with the rounding-offmethod of Practice E 29.
