Suggests many approaches for the design, installation and operation of production and support equipment used within a cleanroom or at a clean work station so as to minimize the contribution of that equipment to the contamination of the product. It is intended to improve communication among the equipment designer, production layout personnel, production management, quality assurance and project management. It may also serve as an educational device to assist buyers in the preparation of bid specifications.
