Issue 2 aligns the needs with other Bellcore GRs. Inclusive of radiation and cleaning materials requirements, defines clearly temperature profiles for the controlled and uncontrolled operating environment tests, includes new humidity/condensation cycling test temperature profile and methods and details the reliability criteria and test methods for an optical attenuator quality assurance program.
