Outlines tests to measure aspects of the relative performance of Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems especially the reliability with which latent and rolled fingerprints are identified. Tests permit the determination of estimated relative values for latent fingerprint encoding and entry time, fingerprint reader consistency, fingerprint card conversion rate and image retrieval system accuracy.
