Describes safety requirements for electrically operated commercial multi-purpose cooking pans not designed for household use. Applicable to electrical part of appliances making use of other forms of energy, and the influence of non-electrical parts on electrical parts must be taken into consideration. Excludes continuous process multi-purpose cooking pans for mass production of food. Takes into account influence on safety of components necessary for radio and television interference suppression.
