CONTAINED IN VOL. 11.05, 2001Specifies surber, portable invertebrate box, Hess, Hess stream bottom, and stream-bed fauna samples are quantitative, qualitative collecting devices, operated by hand, for outlining a unit-area, collecting the macroinvertebrates within it and retaining them. Can be placed by hand onto or into mud, gravel, sand or rubble substrate types, in shallow streams, areas of rivers. Drift net sampler is a quantitative, qualitative collecting device to drifting organisms in flowing waters.
