Proposes the adoption of ISO 1000:1992 which describes the use of the International System of Units and which recommends selected decimal multiples and submultiples of SI units for general use. It also gives certain other units which may be used with the International System of Units. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard. Copies of ISO 1000:1992 can be purchased from or viewed at the head office Standards Australia or Standards New Zealand.
