CONTAINED IN VOL. 14.04, 2001 Applies to all pyranometers with calibrations sensitive to tilt. Combines measurement and calculation, yielding calibration factors taken from many measurements and identified with a single tilt angle or at normal incidence with one or a few specific angles of tilt. Applies to reference pyranometers irrespective of the radiation receptor used. Two types of calibrations are included: Type I uses a self-calibrating pyrheliometer, and Type II calibrations use a secondary reference pyrheliometer as the standard instrument.
