This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the safety requirements for the "hospital grade" earthing system, non-earthed wiring system, emergency power source and power-supply circuit of medical room among the electrical installations equipped for hospitals, clinics, etc. for the purpose of safety ensurance on using the "medical" electrical equipment.
