This standard is included in DIN VDE Handbook 526. DUAL STANDARD WITH BS 5724:PT2:SEC2.122(1996) Specifies particular requirements for the safety of laser equipment classified as a class 3B or class 4 laser product. Coverage includes: environmental conditions; protection against electric shock hazards; protection against hazards from unwanted or excessive radiation.
