Specifies a method for describing attributes or character notes of one or more samples. The method may be used for product control and comparison, and for training of assessors. It also serves as a basis for the characterization of attributes or character notes (i.e. for tests involving assessment, using scales and categories) and profiles of attributed (sensory profile tests) specific to a particular product.
