Specifies electroless (autocatalytic chemical reduction) deposition on metal surfaces of nickel or nickel coatings. The nickel coatings will be of the following grades: 0.0010 inch minimum thickness (Grade A); 0.0005 inch minimum thicknes (Grade B); 0.0015 inch minimum thickness (Grade C). The nickel coatings will be classified in accordance with the thermal treatment applied subsequent to plating.
