Defines the signalling protocol for supporting the Recall supplementary service (SS-RE) at the Q reference point between Private Integrated Services Network Exchange (PINXs) connected together within Private Integrated Services Network (PISN). Provides a supplementary service for redirecting a transferred call back to the served user if the call is not answered. Applies only following transfer by join, not after transfer by rerouting.
