Describes the technical requirements to minimise the hazards listed in Clause 4 which can arise during the commissioning, operation and maintenance of disabled/incapacitated passenger boarding vehicles when used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer or his authorised representative.
