This document is the complete draft EIA SP-1907B (to be published in due course as EIA-568) which is an Appendix to the Standards Australia draft DR 91116:S issued for public comment (by 30 June 1991). It was not reproduced in full with that draft because of copyright concerns, and only the first few pages indicating contents were included. Permission to reproduce EIA SP-1907B has since been obtained.
