Covers two procedures to determine the tensile strength of fabrics coated with rubber or plastics, using the strip test and grab test methods. Applicable to test pieces in equilibrium having specified standard atmosphere for testing, and to wet test pieces. Both procedures need the use of a constant rate of extension tensile-testing machine.
