Defines basic requirements for acetylene cylinders with steel shells equipped with a maximum nominal water capacity of 150 l. Includes methods for type testing, production batch testing and procedures for determination of the maximum permissible settle pressure in acetylene cylinders and the porosity of the porous mass. In addition it gives requirements for filling conditions of acetylene cylinders and bundles.
