Establishes safety and interchangeability requirements and test methods and conditions required to show compliance of tubular fluorescent and other gas-discharge lamps with integrated means to control starting and stable operation (self-ballasted) lamps, for domestic and similar general lighting purposes, with; a rated voltage up to 60W; a rated voltage between 100V and 250V; Edison screw or bayonet caps. The requirements of this standard only refer to type testing.
