Specificeert de eigenschappen van toeslagmaterialen die zijn verkregen door verwerking van natuurlijke en kunstmatige of hergebruikte materialen voor toepassing in bitumineuze mengsels en oppervlakbehandeling van wegen. Voor zowel de grove als fijne toeslagmaterialen worden eisen gesteld aan de geometrie en de kwaliteit van de fijne bestanddelen.
