Defines a method for the digestion of foodstuffs under pressure intended for use in the determination of trace elements. The method has been collaboratively tested in combination with atomic absorption (flame, furnace, hydride, cold-vapour) techniques, ICP-MS. ICP-OES and voltametry can be used in combination with the measurements standards, which make reference to this one.
