CONTAINED IN VOL 15.05, 2000Test procedure which determines, by capillary tube method, the initial and final melting points, which specify the melting range, of specimens of organic chemicals whose melting points, with/without decomposition are between 30 and 250 degrees C.Only covers crystalline materials which are adequately stable in storage to meet the criteria of a satisfactory standard specimen as specified in Section 6.
