Applicable to hot- and cold-rolled plate and strip, seamless and welded tubes, forged, rolled and drawn bars and forgings and also to nuts and bolts made of austenitic and austenitic-ferritic steels for the construction of pressure vessels operated at temperatures dictated by atmospheric conditions and at temperatures determined by the charge down to -10 deg C and up to the upper temperature limits specified in Section 2.
