Covers significant hazards concerning ovens and dryers where flammable substances are released, which applies when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer. Applies to ovens, dryers and other evaporating equipment used in the pre-treatment, coating, printing and/or impregnating processes of surfaces and/or other materials. Defines the appropriate safety requirements to be met by the manufacturer to ensure the safety of property and persons during commissioning, start-up, shut-down,operation and maintenance.
