Not applicable to heating equipment and electric cooking for household and similar purposes, nor does it apply to apparatus and installations for industrial and household room heating, welding, soldering or similar uses, electroheat installations for agriculture, for heating roads, parking, bridges or space heating of any kind. Standardisation of the test conditions, general test methods and fundamental measurements applicable to all industrial electroheat installations to confirm their safety and perform specifications.
