Proposes the adoption of IEC 61000-6-2:1999, which sets out the EMC immunity requirements which apply to the electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use in industrial environments. Copies of IEC 61000-6-2:1999 can be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia head office or at Standards New Zealand. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
