Revision of the I-ETS 3-- 113 for upgrading to an ETS. Proposals for amendments received by RES 2 will be considered, however fundamental changes to methods of measurement and corresponding limits are excluded. Contains the requirements and methods of measurement relating to the "radio frequency parameters." Access protocol and related parameters (as in I-ETS 300 113) will be contained in a separate ETS 300 471 (DE/RES-02-14.)
