Defines methods for measurement of features included in the visual grading of sawn, processed and round timber for appearance or for assessment of its mechanical properties. Not applicable to the strength grading of structural timber. Applicable to hardwood and softwood sawn timber, square-edged and unedged, to processed and round timber, but not to tropical timber.
