Defines the essential methods for connecting cylinder valves to gas cylinders. Applicable to all valve and cylinder combinations connected with screw threads, but does not include breathing apparatus, diving gas cylinders and fire extinguishers. Specifies routines for inspection and preparation before valving for both taper and parallel screw threads.
