Defines a method for determination of the hydroxyl value of unsaturated polyester resins. Defines the difference between the hydroxyl and acid values, making it necessary for determinaton of the total acid value separately so as to calulate the hydroxyl value. BS AMD 10258 RENUMBERS THIS STD.
