Proposes the adoption of IEC 947-6-1:1989, its Corrigendum:1991 and Amendment 1:1994 as an Australian Standard. Applies to automatic transfer switching equipment to be used in emergency power systems with interruption of the supply to the load during transfer, the rated voltage of which does not exceed 1000 V a.c. or 1500 V d.c. Copies of IEC 947-6-1:1989, its Corrigendum:1991 and Amendment 1:1994 may be purchased from or viewed at any Standards Australia office.
