Describes the method of preparation, using orifices with sonic flow, of calibration gas mixtures with one or more components, with a volume ratio equal to or greater than 0,1 %, the repeatability of which on the concentration of each of the components is approximately 0,5 % in relative value. Includes references, principle of the method, practical examples, operating conditions, experimental determination of concentrations and examination of sources of error.
