Deals with the certificate to be issued when testing refrigerating systems and heat pumps (the former term being used below to refer to both) prior to commissioning. Further, it provides specifications for the identification plate, stipulated in the Unfallverhutungsvorschrift "Kalteanlagen, Warmepumpen und Kuhleinrichtungen" (Accident prevention regulation on refrigerating systems and heat pumps) (VBG 20) and the Technische Regein Druckbehalter (Code of practice on pressure vessels) TRB 801.
