Is concerned with terms used in the design, manufacture, erection, maintenance and operation of the installations but is restricted to: - those which form part of the vocabulary specifically for these installations, and - those whether technical, scientific or in daily use, which have a particular meaning in this field or when it is necessary to define in more detail. Applicable to both a particular installation and to their components but does not apply to installations for the transportation of goods, nor to inclined lifts.
