Proposes the adoption of IEC 61000-4-3:1995, which applies to the immunity of electrical and electronic equipment to radiated electromagnetic energy. Establishes test levels and the required test procedures. Establishes a common reference for evaluating the performance of electrical and electronic equipment when subjected to radio-frequency electromagnetic fields. The complete text can viewed at the Sydney and Melbourne Information Centres of Standards Australia or at Standards New Zealand. Arrangements can be made to view copies at other Standards Australia branches if required. Proposed as a Joint Australia/New Zealand Standard.
