標準簡介

Defines a procedure to determine the fire resistance of horizontal and vertical ventilation ducts under standard fire conditions. For use in conjunction with EN636-1. Excludes fixing of suspension devices to floors or walls, two or three sided ducts, doors of inspection openings, unless included in the duct to be tested, ducts containing fire dampers at points where they pass through fire separations and ducts whose fire resistance is dependent upon the fire resistance performance of a ceiling.
