This method determines whether a volatile flammable product having a flash point between 5 deg. C and 70 deg. C will or will not flash at a specific temperature between 5 deg. C and 70 deg. C. The method may also be used to determine the Closed Cup Flash Point between 5 deg. C and 70 deg. C.
