Covers the electrical and electronic equipment for household and similar use, intended to be connected to low-voltage AC distribution systems of the following types: (a) nominal voltages up to 240V, single phase, two or three wire; (b) nominal voltages up to 415V, three phase, three or four wire; (c) nominal frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
