Applies to two-pole interconnection couplers for a.c. only, with and without earthing contact, having a rated voltage not in excess of 250 V and rated current not in excess of 16 A for household and similar appliances and equipment and meant for the interconnection of the electrical supply to electrical appliances or equipment for 50 Hz or 60 Hz supply.
