Applies to manifold regulators for welding, cutting and related processes. These pressure regulators are for installation at the end of high-pressure lines (manifold lines) in pressure cylinder installations for central supply with compressed gases or gases dissolved under pressure. Also applies as appropriate to pressure regulators for gas mixtures and to special design of regulator. It does not apply to pressure reducing valves designed for direct connection to gas cylinders. For pressure regulators for liquefield gas according to DIN 51622, DIN 4811 Part 1 applies.
