Applicable to non-electric, hand-held power tools without rotation, for cutting-off wires, cables etc., and for crimping for example connectors to cable ends. Power tools covered: crimping tools without a yoke; cutters; cutting-off tools; cutting pliers. "Double acting hydraulic rescue tools for fire and rescue service use" are not covered by this standard.
