Defines functional requirements for design, construction, commissioning, operating and maintaining new gas measuring stations for non-domestic custody transfer of natural gas, as covered in ISO 13686, which has a design capacity equal to or greater than 500 m3/h (at base conditions, and for operating pressures equal to or greater than 1 bar (gauge pressure).
