Defines requirements for 14 grades of high-carbon cast-steel shot and 12 grades of high-carbon cast-steel grit for blast-cleaning. Includes values for hardness, density, defect/structural requirements and chemical composition. Applicable to abrasives in new condition, and not to abrasives during or after use.
