CONTAINED IN VOL. 15.09, 2005Deals with fabrication of wood-cleated boxes with skidded, load-bearing bases, designed for non-regulated overseas and domestic shipment of loads not exceeding 2500 lb (1134 kg) and 16 ft (4877 mm) or less in length. Regulated commodities may need better boxes than those defined. Box performance depends on it's fabricated parts, so various styles, classes and types reflecting varied performance are given. Performance under all atmospheres, shipping, storage and handling conditions are not covered.
