標(biāo)準(zhǔn)簡介

Defines safety requirements which apply to stationary and transportable plant which produce asphalt mixing materials for construction and maintenance of traffic routes and water retaining works, culverts, dam walls, etc. Stationary plant is fixed when in production, and transportable plant is able to be carried by road from one site to another, but is also in a fixed position during production. The following plants are covered: Asphalt mixing plants, processing plants for bituminous materials, natural asphalt processing plants, cold material mixing plants, mastic asphalt manufacturing plants and plants for storing bituminous binders. Machines which move during the production process are not covered.
