Lays down requirements and tests for single purpose, dual purpose and jacketed pans for cooking vegetables and making milk puddings or foods of similar consistency. Specific constructional requirements for pressure jacketed appliances are included. Applies to equipment for operation on either single-phase or polyphase supplies where the voltage to earth does not exceed 250 V a.c. or d.c. equipment is used under normal conditions.
