Applicable to direct gas-fired equipment for drying farm crops. Equipment covered is constructed of noncombustible materials with nominal inputs up to 10 000 000 Btuh (3000 kW). (For dryers with inputs above 10 000 000 Btuh (3000 kW), additional requirements may apply.) Applies to dryers fired with natural gas or propane in the liquid or vapour phase.
