Specifies the requirements of solderable enamelled round copper winding wire of class 180 with a sole coating based on polyesterimide resin. Covers the following range of nominalconductor diameters: 0,020mm up to and including 1,600 mm (Grade 1); 0,020 mm up to and including 1,600 mm (Grade 2). Coverage includes dimensions, solderability, loss of mass, heat shock, resistance to solvents, electrical resistance, high temperature failure, and packaging.
