Specifies a method, based on the beam principle, for determining the resistance to bending of board and paper. Applies to the measurement of the resistance to bending of board and paper, most commonly within the 20 mN to 10 000 mN range, but on some instruments down to 2 mN. Applies only to instruments which use a bending angle of 7,5 Degrees or 15 Degrees. Does not apply to corrugated boards, but may be applied to the components of such boards.
